  • The Sprott-Shaw Degree Program received the written consent of the British Columbia Minister of Advanced Education.
  • The four term block system results in a shorter amount of time spent completing the program.
  • Frequent intakes allow admission to the program throughout the year.
  • The BBA concentrations have 8 courses, which allows students to master each area.
  • The degree has three behaviourally-based courses: negotiation, conflict management and project management.
  • Faculty members are experienced in the fields they teach. They bring real life experience to classrooms.
  • Industry oriented courses prepare students to be fully prepared for jobs upon graduation.
  • The program is based on industry input.
  • The human resource concentration is designed to match competencies of new Canadian Human Resource Practitioner (CHRP) designation.
  • Small class sizes provides ample opportunity for students to interact with instructors.
  • Bridging courses are available for those who do not meet the English requirement.
  • International students are eligible to apply for post-graduation work permits upon graduation and when job offers are available.
  • Opportunity for the Angel Fund. For students who prepare a business plan for a venture and would like to start or purchase a business, a maximum of $50,000 CAD may be available.
