RESIDENT CARE ATTENDANT

Next class is coming up! - Just think you will be finished in 27 weeks with lots of hands on training and labs in the class. Its alot of fun too!

One of students just completed her program in Victoria!  This is what she had to say :)

“During my clinical experience I have never been so satisfied with my work.  During this program everyone around me helped me become more confident in my work and myself.  I never wanted to leave my clinical because it was so rewarding. I encourage everyone to take the Resident Care Attendant program so they can feel how great it is to help the elderly.  It was just such an amazing experience and I thank everyone at Sprott-Shaw for giving me this experience.”

Resident Care Attendant

As our population ages in British Columbia and Canada, it becomes more and more important to have Resident Care Attendants.  These people are AMAZING!  Without them, so many would not receive the care they need. 

THIS IS A REWARDING CAREER! 

Everyday you work as a RCA you go home knowing that you have helped someone in need. You work as a professional and you are respected as a professional. 

Be a part of something, give back to those that helped build the society in which we live.
