Web Admissions Advisor - Vancouver

Reporting to the Web Admissions Manager, the Web Admissions Advisor is responsible for the enrollment and subsequent follow-up of new students for each start date. This position requires an individual who understands the ever-changing trends and needs in customer service. This is position is based in Vancouver.   • Adhere to the company’s Admissions Code of Conduct, policies and procedures.
  • Respond to perspective students’ telephone and internet inquiries.
  • Schedule admission appointments and follow up with perspective students.
  • Ensure new student retention.
  • Provide exemplary customer service.
  • Candidate must work well independently, as well as, in a team setting.
  • Must be highly organized, possess strong sales skills, and detail oriented.
  • Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion’s of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.

Qualifications and Education

  • Post-Secondary education
  • Able to work flexible days and hours
