  • This course will equip the legal administrator students with a foundational understanding of the legal principles and practices governing wills, trusts and estates in British Columbia. The Wills section of the course involves the process for Probate, Administration of Estate and Managing Estates. Students will learn the basic requirement for a valid will and the preparation of wills and various supporting documentation. In this course, student will also learn the roles of executors or administrators. This course will also examine the distribution of estates through intestacy.
