STEP 1

Find a Program
At Sprott Shaw College, we have over 130 hands-on programs for you to choose from in a variety of industries like healthcare, business, administration, childcare, community support, trades, design, and more.

STEP 2

Check Requirements
Check the admission requirements for international students here.


STEP 3

Apply Online
Fill in the form to apply to Sprott Shaw College here.

Ensure you have all required documents, including:

  • A copy of your valid Passport
  • A copy of your high school/post-secondary transcript
  • A copy of your valid study permit (if applicable)
  • Proof of English proficiency such as IELTS or TOEFL scores (if available)
  • A non-refundable application fee of $350 CAD

STEP 4

Offer of Admission
Once your application is evaluated and approved, you will receive a Conditional Letter of Offer or an invoice.


STEP 5

Pay a Tuition Deposit
You can pay for your tuition deposit here. Payments can be done by cash, cheque, credit card, e-transfer, bank draft, and/or wire transfer. Please note that a tuition deposit is required to confirm and reserve your space.


STEP 6

Wait for Your Online Contract
Once the tuition deposit has been received, an online official contract* will be issued. Please sign and send back the contract. For more a guide on how to sign a document online, please see the video below.

*Please note that if the program length is longer than 77 weeks, you may receive two online contracts via email.


STEP 7

Acceptance Letter  Once the signed contracts have been received, you will receive an official letter of acceptance via email.
