  • This course provides a comprehensive overview of indigenous affairs and diversity issues within the
    legal framework of British Columbia.
  • Students will explore the historical, cultural and legal contexts and contemporary surrounding Indigenous peoples’ rights and the importance of diversity in the legal profession. You will develop a deeper understanding of Indigenous legal traditions, contemporary issues facing indigenous communities, and strategies for promoting diversity and inclusion within the legal system.
