  • This course provides an in-depth exploration of Intellectual Property (IP), Media, and Internet Law.
    Students will develop a strong understanding of the legal principles governing intellectual property
    rights, media regulations, and internet-related legal issues.
  • The course will cover various aspects of IP law, including trademarks, copyrights, patents,
    industrial design, and trade secrets, as well as the intersection of IP with media and internet law. Students will also learn about the challenges posed by emerging technologies and digital platforms, and the legal frameworks designed to address them within the Canadian jurisdiction.
