  • This course offers students with the understanding of basic reception tasks performed in a veterinary
  • hospital and in a shelter environment. It will also cover the subjects of euthanasia, adoptions, foster care, difficult clients, and billing clients.
  • The course will provide students with an understanding of the front reception area. NEO Idexx veterinary software is introduced and applied to veterinary office procedures; the software is integrated, into many future courses in the program as computer labs.
  • Hill’s Commit to Care Series staff will be presenting during this course where students will receive a certificate from Hill’s Pet Nutrition Canada.
