  • Pre-requisite: PHRM201, PHRM210, PHRM211, PHRM212, PHRM213, PHRM214, PHRM215
  • This course will provide a foundation for the Hospital Pharmacy Practice Lab Module. Students will learn about the pharmacy technician’s role in the hospital pharmacy setting. Students will learn the basic principles of aseptic technique and infection control, key drug distribution models, and inventory control in the hospital setting. Students will also be introduced and familiarized with various automation technologies available in the hospital pharmacy setting.
