We are hiring a part‑time Pharmacy Assistant to support our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who values teamwork, accuracy, and positive patient interactions. We’re seeking candidates with proven experience, strong professionalism, and genuine care for the patients we serve. Required qualifications and competencies include:
- Previous community pharmacy experience
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A collaborative, team‑oriented mindset
- Confidence and empathy when supporting patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
Key Responsibilities
Daily tasks may include:
- Greeting and assisting patients, as well as communicating with family members or care providers
- Processing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Preparing blister packs and labeling medications
- Managing inventory for both prescription and front-store items, including receiving stock, returns, and expiry checks
- Operating the cash register
- Supporting general pharmacy operations such as restocking supplies and maintaining a clean workspace
This position offers approximately 30 hours per week and requires weekend availability. The start date is immediate upon hiring. Compensation ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
