  • This course provides students with an in-depth understanding of the legal principles and procedures in the incorporation process for businesses in British Columbia. Special emphasis is placed on the incorporation process including the formation, organization and dissolution of corporations. Through theoretical and practical exercises, students will develop skills necessary to assist lawyers in drafting and filing incorporation documents, maintaining record books, handling annual corporate requirements and corporate changes and complying with regulatory requirements.
