  • Pre-requisite: VETA110
  • This course will provide students with a foundation in animal anatomy and physiology. Focus is placed on understanding the structures of the cell, body tissues, organs, and systems, and how they work together to form the animal body. Students will examine each of the body systems, focusing on structure and function. Students will continue to build on their newly developed veterinary medical terminology vocabulary.
  • There will be lab days where the students will be working on animal models to recognize the different structures of the animal body.
