Over the years, we at Sprott Shaw College have proudly supported our local communities through a number of initiatives including toy drives, food banks, meal programs, clothing drives, mental health awareness campaigns and so much more.
This year, in collaboration and partnership with Covenant House Vancouver and our parent company, CIBT Education Group, we have established a new scholarship program that helps support youth in need in Vancouver called the Sprott Shaw College/Covenant House Scholarship Program. Together, we will be providing up to $500,000 over two years in complete scholarships for Covenant House Vancouver Youth.
As said by our President, Victor Tesan, “Our communities make us who we are. We are proud to continue to support the Vancouver community that we’ve been a part of since our inception in 1903. Through this program, I hope to see lives changed and transformed. I hope to see our youth, who have faced too many challenges in their young lives, be given the opportunity to grow and make a difference in the fields they are passionate about.”
