Passing It Forward Scholarship: Open to those who are interested in a career in the childcare and education sectors. The scholarship is from the instructors at Sprott Shaw who support our Early Childhood and Teaching Assistant programs. Submission by a 300-word written essay

Application Deadline: July 31st

All awards, grants and scholarships are subject to our Grant and Scholarship Terms and Conditions.

All awards, grants and scholarships (with the exception of the Military Grant, Since 1903 High School Scholarship and RJ Sprott Award), will be selected by the awarding committee, which will sit the first week of August each year.

All applicants can start writing the essay using the following phrase “I believe I am a suitable applicant for this award because…”

Successful applicants are required to commence their program within six months of being notified. 

Program Prerequisites required. It should be noted that students who have already started in a program will still be considered for the award if their application was submitted to the committee prior to their start date.
