I was in a job for 17 years that I wasn’t passionate about, it wasn’t rewarding, and I felt as though I wasn’t contributing. I knew I had to make a change.

How was the admissions process?

The admissions process was simple and easy. Whoever I was in contact with was extremely communicative ensuring I had all the information I needed and they walked me through the entire process. They made me feel at ease..

What program did you choose and why?

I chose the Community Support Worker – Social Services program because I want to be able to make a difference in someone’s life – to help contribute to the community.

What was the environment like during your time at Sprott Shaw College?

The environment at Sprott Shaw is warm and welcoming. You have consistent support from the Instructors, and the entire faculty team. I felt very comfortable and felt as though they truly cared about me and my success.

If you could give advice to someone coming to Sprott Shaw, what would you say?

Definitely make an appointment, and find out your options. You will not regret it!!! It’s one of the best investments you’ll ever make in your life.
