Hi,Sprott shaw really provided an ideal education path to me as an aspiring Early Childhood Educator where they catered to my education needs and understood my limitations and worked with me to get over those limitations. I want to thank MONICA who is the director of my campus who is very reachable as well emphatic is the motivator a person needs especially when a person is feeling down, she certainly lifts them up and wants her students to succeed and same goes for Miss LISA and Miss JESSICA who are always making sure that their students get the best education and are able to be succeed in their professions. They made all lessons interesting and informative by their way of teaching where learning never felt like a chore but something that I as a student always looked forward to learn and be part of their classroom. And also want to thank RUBINA and HARPREET for helping me in completing my 3 months practicum training. All the staff of richmond campus is so helpful :)I really want to thank them for their guidance that helped me become an early childhood educator.

As someone who had been a full-time homemaker for many years, taking care of two young children and being engrossed in household chores, I had gradually disconnected from the wider society and lost my self-confidence. Determined to make a change, after nearly a year of on-site research, comparison, and inquiries, I decided to enroll at Sprott Shaw College Richmond Campus to study Early Childhood Education (ECE) program. I have a genuine affection for children, and I had also heard about the college's remarkable history spanning over 120 years, with campuses across various provinces and cities in Canada. Its excellent academic quality and stellar reputation within and beyond the industry were widely known.Given that English is not my native language, the challenges of studying in an all-English environment and completing assignments were daunting for me. On top of that, I had to care for my five-year-old and two-year-old children, which often presented difficulties and hurdles that seemed insurmountable. However, I consider myself incredibly fortunate and deeply grateful for the tremendous support I received from the school's faculty. In particular, I'd like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Principal Monica and Teacher Jessica. Whenever I encountered problems and challenges, they went above and beyond to assist me, even sacrificing their own leisure time.programClassmates at the school came together in a way that resembled children happily singing, dancing, and crafting together. We studied collectively, progressed as a group, and supported each other, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere. Through these experiences, I gradually regained my self-confidence and positivity. Each time I completed a course, I could apply what I learned to benefit my own children. Through my professional studies, I reflected on and addressed some of the shortcomings in my previous approach to child education. I could now teach them to sing, dance, and create beautiful crafts, bringing them more happiness and providing more effective companionship.I sincerely thank the school's teachers and my fellow students from the bottom of my heart for their assistance to me and my children. It is thanks to them that I could pursue my studies with peace of mind, striking a balance between taking care of my children and my educational pursuits.I hope that my authentic experiences and sharing can help those in need.I've posted some recent photos of the crafts that my classmates have made themselves. Take a look; they've done a fantastic job!

I’m in the Veterinary Assistant program at Sprott Shaw and I love it so much. My teacher Lilliana has made the entire experience so fun and exciting for me. I love going to each class. She’s super understanding and will take it slow if there are certain topics I don’t understand. Lilliana is the best instructor/teacher I’ve ever had in my schooling experience. 10000% join the program, you’ll enjoy learning about all the topics! I can’t wait to graduate and begin my job as a Veterinary Assistant! Sprott Shaw made the whole process easy for me.

I am currently taking ECE basic in sprott Shaw college. My academic goal is to finish the program successfully. My greatest achievement in school is to get an A in my course. The most memorable course that I enjoy is the outdoor play course because we get to do field trip in Richmond natural park. My experiment in school so far was good, but I am still having a hard time to get up early everyday morning. Jessica is my mentor on campus, she is very supportive to me and the class because she really shows that she want to prepare us for practicum and the future since she always working hard on telling us different real life scenario and the solutions. Not only she care about our academic, she cares about our mental health as well. I am very happy to be in her class.
